Ordering & Payments
Our secure shopping cart is run by Romancart and credit card transactions are securely processed by PayPal. We do not have access to your credit or debit card details. Any refunds will be made via the same method as payment.
Payments are made to Henderson Design Ltd and should show as PAYPAL*HENDERSONDE on your credit card statement.
Henderson Design Ltd is not registered for VAT.
Full title to the goods will only pass to you once full payment has been received by us.
We reserve the right to alter the prices of artwork and products at any time. All items are subject to availability.
You are entitled to cancel your order under the terms of the Distance Selling regulations. Please contact us before returning items.
Postage charges cannot be refunded unless the order delivered to you is incorrect.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Postage and Packing
Unless noted to the contrary out prices include shipping to UK addresses. Outwith the UK please contact us for shipping charges.
Colours and Dimensions
We aim to reproduce the images of the artwork on our website as accurately as possible however colour variations are possible on different computer screens. We aim to be as accurate as possible with the dimensions of artworks however sizes should be considered approximate.

As artists and designers we take copyright very seriously.
All rights to the website and artwork, including copyright are owned by Audrey Henderson.
Images and artwork may not be reproduced in whole or in part without written permission. This includes copying, use on web sites or social media.
Purchase of an original artwork does not include transfer of copyright to the purchaser.
