Rest and Be Thankful 1957 S.R.H. Loxton. S-Type Invicta. This rare 1931 Low Chassis Invicta was bodied by Vanden Plas on Chassis S 28. The car was first owned by Dudley Froy who raced Invictas for the factory and featured on the cover of The Motor in June 1931 in an illustration by the famous artist Gordon Crosby . The car has passed through many owners and is still active in competition. |
